Adventure Trip July 2008
We began our trip with a visit to Grandma Brooks. She is 84 and still going relatively strong. I can’t help but think that it might have something to do with growing up on a farm and eating from her own back yard for most of her life. She is a great lady, and it is always fun to hear stories about her childhood and life. Grandpa passed away about 10 years ago, and everyone thought she might go soon after him, but she must really like us, cause her great grandkids get to hear the stories straight from her. She is also (still) trying to teach me to crochet.
