I had a funny thought today:
We were watching a children's program when the word "contractions" came blaring across the screen. I thought why are they talking about labor? LOL Then they began a song about how contractions turn two into one.
In English, contractions turn two into one, in labor, contractions turn one into two. Silly thought for the day.
