1 ¼ c almond meal
1 c Bob’s red mill all purpose flour less about 2 tbsp replaced by sorghum flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1/3 c maple syrup
2/3 c hemp milk
¼ c melted coconut oil
1 egg plus a little extra egg white
Some of this was accidental ( a little extra egg white was because the 1st egg I tried busted funky and a bit of egg white got in, but the rest was mixed with the shell), and I didn’t quite have a full cup of all purpose flour, so…
mix dry ingredients, add wet, stir, bake at 400 for a little more than 20 minutes
