Remodeling

Craig hates the idea of painting the cabinets white. We are staining them cherry. I'll let you know how it goes.

We are in a mess. I have till Oct. 17 to finish my foyer ( re-floor), my kitchen ( stain cabinets and re-floor), and my new dining room ( at least the floor and hopefully a partition for the water heater). I am hosting my sister's bridal shower on the 18th -so I want it done before then. I have such a sporadic way of doing thing. A little here, a littler there- craziness!! So every project has a little done- enough that I can't stop now. The project just keeps getting bigger. When we pulled up the carpet in the hallway, we found that the concrete and wood under the step between my living room and hallway was a mess, so now we have to fix that before we can lay the tile :(
